Railways in the Nineteenth Century: Connecting Town And Country

The Friends of Holy Saviour Church invite you to their next “Talk & Tea“ on Sunday 29 January at 3pm in Holy Saviour Church.

The Friends launch their programme for 2017 with a subject very relevant to Hitchin’s history and of the Triangle area in particular. The speaker, Carlos López Galviz, Lecturer at Lancaster University, will also touch on the work of Ebenezer Howard and the Garden City movement.

Tickets £8 (Friends £7), including refreshments, available from Clare Fleck, 01462 646257, or the Hitchin Initiative Office, Churchyard.
